DESCRIPTION

Raise your team effectiveness with Tall Ships, the fast-paced simulation that challenges teams to race against the clock - and other teams to build the tallest ship mast at the lowest cost. Participants learn about and practice the 7 skills critical to effective team performance: Clarity, Capability, Collaboration, Commitment, Communication, Continuous Improvement, and Creativity.

7.2 BOAT BUILDING

DESCRIPTION

This adrenal rush Boat Building program is a portable program that can take place anywhere there is water: a beach, a lake or a hotel pool. Teams must create a sturdy boat with the materials given (cardboard, duct tape & PVC piping to name a few). The boat must be able to transport one or two members the length of the designated course in the least amount of time possible without sinking. This activity will incorporate additional surprise customized tasks for each team.

7.3 BUILD-A BIKE (CYCLING FOR CHARITY!)

DESCRIPTION

So you’re thinking, “What’s so hard about BUILDING A BIKE together?” Right?

Oh no, your team is put to the challenge of completing assembly of a bicycle that has been dismantled down to the nuts and bolts. Our team will provide materials, instructions, and requirements. The rest is up to your team to figure out. Yes, it is possible. With all the various skills your team members have to offer, you are bound to have a bicycle that is creative in design, safe, and will put the pedal to the metal!

There’s nothing quite like a group drumming experience to unify teams, energize groups and bring people together. It’s a dynamic, powerful and unique experience that has been around since the dawn of time — it worked then and it works now!
The great thing is that group drumming transcends all boundaries. Suddenly it doesn't matter anymore who you are, where you come from, or what you do for a living - everyone communicates through the language of rhythm.
Anyone can take part, everyone becomes equal and it quickly becomes apparent that what you can achieve together is far greater than what you can do alone.
It is an interactive, magical, musical, group experience that people never forget, and talk about for months to come!
